Yogurt Bucket Filling Machine
The Yogurt Bucket Filling Machine is designed for accurate and hygienic filling of yogurt and other viscous dairy products into buckets, jars, and different container sizes. Its compact mobile design allows easy movement and flexible operation inside dairy production facilities.
This machine combines a stainless-steel product tank, high-precision filling system, flow control, and a user-friendly Schneider PLC and HMI touchscreen. The product-contact parts are manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, ensuring hygienic operation and easy cleaning.
The filling volume can be adjusted according to the required container size and product characteristics. The machine is suitable for yogurt, cream cheese, labneh, sauces, creams, and other medium- or high-viscosity products.
