The product enters the system through a balance tank and is transferred by a sanitary product pump to the tubular heat exchanger.
Depending on the required process, the system can include:
1. Product Feeding
The product is continuously supplied from the balance tank to the pasteurization system.
2. Preheating / Heat Regeneration
The incoming cold product can be preheated using recovered thermal energy from the outgoing hot product, helping reduce energy consumption.
3. Final Heating
The product is indirectly heated using hot water or another suitable heating medium until the required pasteurization temperature is reached.
4. Holding Section
The heated product passes through a specially designed holding tube to maintain the required temperature for the specified processing time.
5. Cooling
After pasteurization, the product is cooled to the required outlet or filling temperature.
6. Product Outlet
The pasteurized product is transferred to the filling machine, buffer tank, or next processing stage.
